Job Summary:
As an HVAC Service Technician at Mighty Ducts Heating & Cooling, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our residential and commercial clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide top-notch customer service will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system efficiency and longevity.
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to customers in a way that is easy to understand.
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and replacement options.
• Keep accurate records of services performed, including work orders and maintenance reports.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the company vehicle.
• Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, repair techniques, and maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
