HVAC Service Technician

TNT Heating & Air Inc. is a 34-year-old licensed and insured HVAC company servicing both North Carolina and South Carolina. Our concept is to provide efficient and quality work in all areas of HVAC service. From our 24-hour emergency service department to the installation of new equipment, we cover all expectations that heating, and air require while staying up to date on all code requirements. We are looking for Service Technicians to join our team!Sign-on Bonus up to $5000!Pay: Up to $45.00/hr. You will work according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available for on call (rotational) and OT hoursRequired Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record2 + years of HVAC service and annual maintenance experienceEPA UniversalNATE Certification or willing to obtain after 90 days of employmentDesire to learn and grow a career in the HVAC industryExperienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenanceExperience making repair and replace decisionsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsAbility to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customerExcellent customer service skillsOrganized with the ability to work independentlyDemonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership rolesMust be able to lift and carry 100 pounds**NO PHONE CALLS OR IN OFFICE INQUIRIES ABOUT THIS POSITION.
