What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Communicate repair recommendations and solutions with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous HVAC service experience required
- Experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
