What You''ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
  • Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled service appointments
  • Identify electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
  • Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to homeowners
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding job status, inventory needs, and field observations

What We''re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
  • EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
  • Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Dependable, team-oriented work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • NATE Certification
  • HVAC trade school or technical education
  • Experience with sheet metal fabrication or air balancing
