What You''ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and scheduled service appointments
- Identify electrical and mechanical issues efficiently
- Explain repair recommendations and replacement options to homeowners
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding job status, inventory needs, and field observations
What We''re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Dependable, team-oriented work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- HVAC trade school or technical education
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication or air balancing
