Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC industry.
Valid Driver’s License.
HVAC License or willingness to pursue Journeyman status.
Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems including troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional demeanor.
Physical capability to lift and carry heavy equipment safely.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain an organized work vehicle equipped with necessary tools and parts to efficiently complete service calls.
