Rocket Cooling is a fast-growing HVAC company serving Southwest Florida, built by two entrepreneurs with a vision to raise the standard of service in the industry.

We're expanding into Naples and have brought on a strong Service Manager to lead the location. This is an opportunity to get in early, be part of building a team the right way, and grow with a company that is investing in this market.

We focus on delivering a high-end customer experience through knowledgeable technicians, clear communication, and modern technology. Our team uses industry-leading tools like ServiceTitan, operates clean, fully stocked service vehicles, and works in an environment that values professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We are not a large corporate operation with layers of red tape. Our technicians have the support, resources, and autonomy they need to succeed and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems accurately and efficiently
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system performance and longevity
• Communicate clearly with customers about system condition and recommended solutions
• Perform system replacements and assist with installations when needed
• Maintain proper documentation using ServiceTitan software
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Participate in an on-call rotation to assist customers with urgent needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
