Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems, identifying and diagnosing issues accurately.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on heating and cooling equipment.
Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
Collaborate with clients to explain necessary repairs and provide cost estimates for services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC problems efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Keep detailed records of all service and maintenance work performed.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Valid HVAC technician license or certification.
Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, as well as electrical and mechanical components.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Completion of a certified HVAC program or apprenticeship.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
