Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in Poughkeepsie, NY, and involves servicing residential HVAC systems throughout the Hudson Valley. We seek a professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• HVAC Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems in residential homes.
• Customer Communication: Provide clear, accurate assessments of HVAC systems and explain issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Quality Work: Follow industry standards and manufacturer guidelines for all repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Customer Experience: Deliver a friendly, professional, and informative experience to all customers.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all installations and repairs meet safety regulations and company standards.
• On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service (one Saturday per month with bonus pay).

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of HVAC experience (residential experience is a plus).
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using HVAC software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
• EPA 608 Certification and OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Own basic HVAC hand tools.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Performance-based pay, typically ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 annually, based on workload and efficiency.
• Sign-On Bonus: A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available after meeting performance standards.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency and after-hours services.
• Overtime is available.
