HVAC Service Technician | 18% commission off the top of Gross Sales + Bonuses
Potential Annual earnings $150,000
$5,000 sign on bonus - depending on experience

Position Summary:
- Service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing
- Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed
- Excellent customer service
- Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in residential HVAC service
- Valid driver''s license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- Nate Certifications or acquire once employed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replace decisions
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
