HVAC Service Technician - Residential & Commercial

ANC Heating & Air Conditioning is the largest HVAC company in the Southern Tier of New York. We’re not PE-owned. We pay the highest wages in the area, and we’re hiring two experienced Service Technicians ASAP. Full-time, Monday through Friday, with staggered on-call (not a free-for-all after hours).

• $45-$62/hr depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Service, maintenance, and repair on mostly residential gas, oil, and geothermal systems
• AC service and repair in the summer months
• Some commercial service work for variety
• Explaining issues to homeowners in plain language (they'll trust you, treat that well)
• Monday-Friday schedule with a staggered on-call rotation (shared fairly, not dumped on the new guy)

Who We're Looking For

You take pride in a clean diagnosis and a job done right. You're customer focused, you show up on time, and you like being measured by your results (because here, results pay). Top performers thrive at ANC. If you want to coast, this isn't your shop.

The must-haves:

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Experience with residential gas, oil, or geo systems is a big plus

This role is for experienced techs. If you don’t have at least 3 years in HVAC, this isn’t the right fit.
