HVAC Service Technician – Residential & Light Commercial
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time
Total Compensation: $28–$50/hr (bonuses + commissions)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday rotation

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing honest repair or replacement options
- Document work accurately in ServiceTitan (training available)
- Deliver quality work that builds trust and earns repeat customers
- Work independently with the support of a 20+ person team and 16 fully stocked trucks
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of HVAC service, diagnostic, and repair experience
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Can lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
- (Bonus) Bilingual English/Spanish or familiar with ServiceTitan

- Total Comp: $85K–$120K/year on average
- Schedule: Rotating 4-day week, Monday–Saturday
