The Role
- We’re hiring an HVAC Technician who is:
- Strong in residential service and repair
- Comfortable with light commercial systems
- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and communicate clearly with customers
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Handle light commercial service calls as needed
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and clients
- Work with team members to solve problems and support each other
- Maintain professionalism in customers’ homes and job sites
- Participate in team support when workload demands it
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in residential HVAC (required)
- Light commercial experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Willingness to jump in and help when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $20-$40 Hour based on experience (we pay for skill and value)
