About the Role
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering a high level of customer service. This is a field-based role where you will work independently, manage your calls, and communicate directly with homeowners while staying connected to a supportive team.
What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems, perform system inspections and recommend solutions, complete component replacements and repairs, educate homeowners on system performance and options, maintain accurate service documentation, and deliver professional, customer-focused service on every call.
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification required
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
