We are looking for a Journeyman HVAC-licensed technician with strong HVAC troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Location: Rosedale, MD(local candidates only)
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and determine appropriate repairs
Conduct routine system inspections and preventative maintenance
Respond to service calls and perform field repairs as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and parts/materials used
Follow applicable safety procedures, protocols, and regulations while working on job sites
Requirements
HVAC Support – Minimum 4 years experience with strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical components
Licensure/Registration – Valid Journeyman’s HVAC License; valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Physical – Able to climb ladders, crawl, and lift up to 40 pounds
