Integrated Facility Services (IFS) is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team serving commercial and industrial clients throughout the St. Louis region. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair ventilation, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipmentIdentify maintenance risks and communicate findings promptlyRespond to customer questions and provide professional, courteous supportFollow all service standards, work instructions, and customer requirementsPerform emergency repairs efficiently and safelyParticipate in an after-hours on-call rotation QualificationsFive years of technical training or equivalent HVACR work experienceStrong understanding of HVACR systems and industry fundamentalsControl system knowledge is beneficial, but not requiredOSHA 10-hour Safety Training Certificate (or completion within 12 months of hire)Knowledge of safety requirements for high/low-pressure gases, electricity, and hazardous materialsValid Class E driver's license with clean driving recordUniversal technician certification (per 40 CFR part 82, subpart F)Ability to lift/carry 80 pounds and climb ladders carrying 50 poundsAbility to work on rooftops and outdoors in all weather conditionsPunctual, reliable, and strong attendance habitsProfessional appearance and strong communication skillsAbility to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishCustomer-service mindset and ability to build positive relationships Equal Employment OpportunityIFS is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
