HVAC Service Technician
Location: Fenton, MO
Compensation: $21–$33/hour + $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for HVAC systems in residential homes, manufactured housing, and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent service while following all company standards and industry codes.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely perform HVAC installations and service work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow direction from Lead Installer/Service Technicians on scope of work.
- Apply knowledge of HVAC systems, including both mechanical and electrical theory.
- Pre-measure jobs and identify materials required.
- Install household appliances as needed.
- Load, verify, and transport all necessary equipment and materials; maintain truck stock levels.
- Assist and mentor other team members as directed by management.
- Complete all required documentation before the end of each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service and always conduct work in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Completion of a trade program in HVAC or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ HVAC installation experience and 3 years’ HVAC service experience.
- EPA 608 certification required.
- Working knowledge of HVAC installation, service, tools, and test instruments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work overtime and on-call as needed.
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR, and medical certification card (if required).
