Position Summary


We’re hiring a skilled Journeyman HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical systems. This role requires strong technical ability, independence, and a customer-first mindset.


Responsibilities


  • Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, boilers, refrigeration)
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using diagnostic tools
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical documents
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly with customers and provide solutions
  • Maintain a clean vehicle and organized job site
  • Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements


  • Valid Journeyman HVAC License (Required)
  • HVAC service experience (residential/commercial preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Experience with diagnostic tools (multimeter, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
Preferred


  • Boiler and refrigeration experience (ammonia a plus)
  • Welding or equipment repair experience
