Your New Role

• Work as an HVAC Service Technician based in Southampton, Pennsylvania, serving residential and light commercial customers throughout the surrounding area, generally within a 30 to 45-minute service radius

• Diagnose and troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation equipment, indoor air quality systems, electrical components, refrigerant systems, thermostats, and HVAC controls

• Perform HVAC service, repairs, preventive maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and diagnostic testing

• Identify the cause of heating and cooling problems and complete repairs according to professional workmanship standards

• Explain system issues, repair recommendations, replacement options, and pricing clearly to homeowners

• Provide professional customer service from arrival through completion of each service call

• Document service calls and customer information using ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zip Solutions, or similar field service software

• Track service KPIs, including average ticket, close rate, and calls completed per day

• Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and other team members throughout the workday

• Keep your company vehicle, tools, equipment, paperwork, and work areas organized

• Take ownership of your completed HVAC repairs and follow through on the quality of your work

• Independently manage a full HVAC service route while working as part of the Affordable Fixes team

• 6+ years of HVAC service experience preferred, primarily in residential HVAC

• Light commercial HVAC experience is a plus

• EPA Certification required

• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Working knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems

• Ability to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling equipment

• Ability to communicate HVAC findings and service options clearly and professionally with customers

• Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zip Solutions, or comparable field service software

• Comfortable working with service KPIs, including average ticket, close rate, and calls per day

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to independently manage a full HVAC service route

• Availability to work rotating Saturdays

• Commitment to accurate documentation, organized work, quality repairs, and professional customer service
