HVAC Service Technician – Train to Become a Certified TAB Technician

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated HVAC Service Technician who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. This position includes paid training to become a Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) Technician, a specialized role that ensures HVAC systems perform efficiently and meet design specifications.
No prior TAB experience is required. If you have a solid HVAC background, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and mentorship you need.
Responsibilities

• Assist with testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems.
• Perform airflow and hydronic system measurements.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Use specialized testing and balancing instruments.
• Document field data and prepare reports.
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and building owners.
• Follow all company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of HVAC installation, service, or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of commercial HVAC systems.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and construction sites.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
