We expanding and looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We're building a company where technicians are respected, have the tools they need to succeed, and can earn an excellent living without the corporate headaches.

What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
Replace components including capacitors, contactors, motors, thermostats, and more
Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration issues
Clearly explain repair options to homeowners
Document work performed using our mobile software
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
What We're Looking For
3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
EPA Certification
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication
Ability to work independently
Professional appearance and attitude
