A growing company looking for AC Service Technicians family-owned, new vans.
We are looking for a team player, AC Service Technician, with high skills in the HVAC industry who needs to know how to install, service, and repair split systems, water source heat pumps, mini-splits, and work very cleanly. We are conducting immediate hires with fast interview response times.
Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose and perform equipment repairs and part replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Installation of flex duct systems and ventilation products in residential and light commercial buildings
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including brazing and soldering
- Ability to fabricate ductwork and fittings
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields (3-5 years)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver’s licenses, insurable driving record, and pass a background check
- Keep company van clean with necessary inventory stocked
- EPA universal certification
