We expanding and looking for an experienced
Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We're building a company where technicians are respected, have the tools they need to succeed, and can earn an excellent living without the corporate headaches.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
- Replace components including capacitors, contactors, motors, thermostats, and more
- Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration issues
- Clearly explain repair options to homeowners
- Document work performed using our mobile software
- Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
