Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Pay Scale: $85,000 to $120,000 per year

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, nights and weekends availability

Primary Job Function: Routine maintenance, service, warranty and repair work are performed independently for residential and light commercial work.

Reports to: Company Team Leads

• Strong residential HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to confidently diagnose heating and cooling systems
• Proven ability to maintain a $500-$700+ average service ticket
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to clearly educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and driven to increase earning potential
• Team player who supports coworkers and company goals
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Identify system concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Clearly explain findings and options to homeowners
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and professional service
• Maintain accurate invoices, job notes, photos, and documentation
• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and inventory organized
• Work efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
