HVAC Service Technician

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning – Tukwila, WA (King County)

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team serving Bellevue, Renton, Newcastle, and the surrounding areas. This role focuses on diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and customer education for residential HVAC systems.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and ductless mini splits
 • Perform maintenance, tune-ups, and system performance checks
 • Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, and mechanical issues
 • Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners
 • Educate customers on system performance, efficiency, and upgrades
 • Document all work in ServiceTitan or similar software
 • Maintain truck stock, tools, and clean job sites
 • Deliver high-level customer service on every call

What You Need

• 2+ years HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
 • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
 • EPA Universal Certification
 • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
 • Experience with heat pumps and ductless systems (preferred in WA market)
 • Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining solutions
 • Ability to work independently and stay organized
