HVAC Service Technician Apprentice / HVAC Service Technician
Location: Twin Falls, ID
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday with overtime, on-call, and seasonal flexibility as needed

We are currently hiring both entry-level HVAC Service Technician Apprentices and experienced HVAC Service Technicians. What You'll Do:
• Assist with or independently diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems • Troubleshoot a variety of HVAC systems • Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups • Identify system issues and provide effective repair solutions • Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system needs and recommendations • Complete work orders and documentation accurately • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and HVAC codes • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment • Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer specifications
Qualifications for Apprentice Level:
• Mechanical aptitude and strong willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments
• Trade school or HVAC education is a plus
Qualifications for Experienced Service Technician Level:
• 2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
• EPA Certification required, and NATE is a plus
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with residential HVAC systems
• Knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and electrical controls
• Ability to service and repair all major residential HVAC equipment
• Understanding of low voltage systems and applicable HVAC codes
• Strong sales, customer service, and communication abilities
• Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism
