We are a residential and commercial HVAC company based in West Hills, looking for an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position is for service, repair, and installation of commercial and residential heating & air conditioning systems and refrigeration. A company vehicle is provided. Hiring a HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:
As an HVAC technician, you will be responsible for performing corrective repairs, preventative maintenance, installation and diagnostics on a variety of commercial equipment, and complete the necessary paperwork associated with such duties.

Responsibilities:
· HVAC Installations
· Diagnose and perform equipment repairs
· Generate invoices on a electronic device directly to clients once job is completed
· Perform routine preventative maintenance
· Respond to emergency maintenance requests
· Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:
· Must have a Minimum 3-5 years of full-time previous HVAC service and repair experience.

· Valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record
· EPA Certification (Preferred)
· A desire to learn and grow in the HVAC and Refrigeration industries
· Own hand tools, meters and testing equipment
· Ability to work unsupervised.
· Ability to follow directions
· Good attendance & work ethic
· Customer service skills
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Good oral and written communications skills
· Good skills on using a iPhone.
· Ability to work well with other technicians and tradesman
· Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and daily commute
· Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds
· Climb extension ladders frequently
· Refrigeration experience

Education:High School Diploma, or GED equivalent

Job type:
· Full-time
· Over-time
· On-call rotation on weekends

Salary:

· $23.00 to $32.00 hr. / Depending on experience
