Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

Job Location: West Lebanon, NH

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems. We are seeking someone with strong residential experience who is eager to continue learning and growing within the trades. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Service gas, propane, oil, and cooling equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate professionally with homeowners
• Document work performed in ServiceTitan
• Participate in rotating weekend schedule
• Hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
• No nights and definitely no 24/7 rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent Residential HVAC experience required
• Gas OR propane license required or both preferred
• Dual-state NH/VT licensing preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Oil certification and/or NORA certification preferred
• Willingness to cross-train in additional fuel systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license

The compensation for this position is expected to be a range of $33 - $36 per hour. This is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
