HVAC Installer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead installation projects for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
    • Install and service systems including:
      • Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
      • Boilers and radiant heat systems
      • Oil, propane, natural gas, and air systems
      • Ductwork and ventilation systems
    • Communicate with customers, providing clear explanations and answering questions
    • Supervise and mentor installation team members

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
    • 4+ years of HVAC installation experience
    • 2+ years of leadership or job supervision experience (preferred)
    • Experience with radiant heat systems
    • EPA Universal Certification
    • Strong knowledge of:
      • Refrigerant, gas, oil, propane, and electric heating/cooling systems
      • Heat pumps and ductless systems
    • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
    • Experience with HVAC low-voltage systems
    • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • HVAC technical school certification (preferred)
