HVAC Service Technician
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs
Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime
What You Will Be Doing:
- Commercial and Residential service, maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC Systems
- Retrofit / Changeout Installation as needed
- Clearly communicate HVAC issues, recommendations, and solutions with customers and team members
- Educate customers on preventative maintenance programs and indoor air quality products and services
- Experience servicing and installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, split systems, RTUs, walk-in coolers, reach-in coolers, freezers, chillers, and make-up air units
- Perform ductwork installation and modifications as required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Skilled in safely operating scissor lifts and Genie lifts
- Experience working with Trane and Bryant HVAC equipment systems

What We Are Looking For:
- Experience performing annual HVAC maintenance and preventative service
- Refrigeration system experience preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Skilled in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain issues and solutions to customers and coworkers
- Knowledge of air balancing methods and HVAC airflow principles
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- HVAC Technical School certification or completion preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
