Service Technician -

Duties
- Service, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using schematics and technical skills and manuals
- Perform welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in field service
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics related to HVAC systems
- Familiarity with HVAC tools and equipment necessary for installation and repair
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification in HVAC or relevant training is a plus

Change Out Installer –
We are seeking skilled HVAC Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems according to specifications and local codes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to determine the layout of HVAC systems
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete installations efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Skills
- Ability to build sheet metal fittings onsite, plumb gas lines, install refrigerant linesets, transitions for sheet metal and design HVAC systems effectively
- Experience with metal ductwork installation
- Familiarity with reading schematics for electrical components within HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle for transportation to job sites
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

PAY WILL BE DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE, AVAILABILITY, ETC.
We are hiring for service technician and change out installer positions. Initial pay will depend upon experience. A company vehicle and QT gas card is provided to all lead technicians and installers that will be used to drive to and from jobs then taken home overnight.
