Blanton Plumbing is expanding our home services team and is looking for skilled HVAC Service Technicians to provide top-quality heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential homes.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure efficient system operation.
- Install new HVAC equipment according to company standards and customer needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining issues, solutions, and maintenance procedures.
- Follow safety standards and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Document work performed accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to continually improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid HVAC technician license or certification preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of HVAC service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
