Shop Assistant Pay (Full-Time/Hourly):
Actual Pay depends on experience, certifications, skills test and skill level.

We are proud of our rich family heritage and strive to improve every day. Shop Assistant Responsibilities:
Cut metal material to size
Assist welders and fabricators in a variety of work activities
Occasionally pick up or deliver materials and supplies using company vehicles
Work with all Team Members to keep shop clean and organized
Show a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer service
Follows all GUNTHERS’ Safety Standards and wears proper PPE at all times
Shows up to work on time ready to work
Maintains a positive attitude and supports GUNTHERS’ Core Values and Mission
Completes any additional tasks or work required by Supervisor
Shop Assistant Qualifications:
This is an entry level position. Prior Shop experience helpful, but not required-Will train
High School Diploma, or GED
Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills
Follows GUNTHERS’ dress and grooming polices. GUNTHERS is a SMOKE-FREE environment. No smoking or vaping.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
