Key Responsibilities:

• Review and be aware of the complete scope of all assigned Special Projects.
• Coordinate and help schedule manpower, subcontractors and equipment needed to keep jobs progressing.
• Attend job walks and turnover meetings as necessary.
• Assist with estimate and proposal process.
• Grow, develop, train and retain Special Projects Field Team.
• Perform annual reviews with all assigned field personnel.
• Assure high level of quality work is being performed at all times.
• Adhere to Service Department SOP's and Safety Policies at all times

Qualifications:

• Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong verbal, written and understanding of all products, equipment and proper procedures.
• Possess excellent organization skills and be a Team Player.

This position requires the ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis. The employee must be able to perform tasks involving physical labor, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials, tools, or equipment. Manual material handling must be performed in accordance with OSHA safety standards and company policies to minimize risk of injury.
