HVAC Super

Representing a leader in the industry, we are seeking experienced field superintendents with HVAC knowledge to join the team of a well-respected, well-established specialty contractor with offices on Long Island and Westchester County. Projects are throughout the 5 boroughs; Long Island and Westchester.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Super WILL BE directly accountable for all aspects of assigned projects from award to closeout.

• Work in tandem with our PMs, GCs and other trades, suppliers, etc., to create and implement project schedules to meet customer deadlines while managing project costs

• Ensure compliance with facilities and authorities and all health & safety requirements on projects
• Coordination of subs as needed
• Coordinating workers to meet project schedule

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of superintendent/field manager experience and proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and on Budget.

• Completion of OSHA 30 hour course and NYC DOB SST62 certification

• Proficient with construction management software

• Read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, contract documents, control drawings, technical procedure manuals, equipment specifications and governmental regulations

Required Skills & Experience:

• OSHA 30

• NYC SST 62 Hour course
