New construction duct installer requirements are to be able to understand HVAC blueprints, physically able to lift 50 pounds, ladder usage, and work in warm weather conditions. HVAC replacement personnel must have at least 2-5 years experience in HVAC replacement. Must be able to braze copper, read and understand refrigerant gauges, and 24 volt wiring.
