We're seeking an HVAC Supervisor in Lexington, KY to lead commercial HVAC installation crews and oversee field operations.

Responsibilities
• Supervise installation crews on commercial projects
• Assign daily work and ensure staffing adequacy
• Review plans, conduct quality inspections, and ensure code compliance
• Manage materials and coordinate deliveries
• Lead safety meetings and enforce protocols
• Communicate project status to managers
• Mentor journeymen and apprentices
Requirements
Must-Haves:
• 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Leadership and supervision skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice-to-Haves:
• OSHA 30-hour certification
• Experience with large projects, BIM, or prefabrication
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
