BASIC PURPOSE:
Under the direct supervision of the Lead HVAC Support Technician, provides assistance with daily scheduling of service calls and HVAC technical support for Concord sites.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides HVAC technical support to Concord sites including performing HVAC repairs on R-22 and R-410A systems and performing R-22 and R-410A system replacements.
Assists with providing HVAC technical one-on-one training to Concord maintenance staff during service calls.
Assists with monitoring EPA compliance at the sites by enforcing all EPA rules and regulations and randomly checking EPA records and logs.
Assists with monitoring site compliance regarding HVAC repairs, service, system replacements, etc. by performing random site checks.
This position requires the employee to use their personal vehicle in the course of performing job duties, including picking up and transporting parts, materials, and supplies as needed.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience of candidate.
