HVAC Systems Coordinator
 
We are seeking a HVAC Systems Coordinator to perform a technical and administrative support role responsible for managing HVAC quality programs, coordinating corrective actions, and serving as a key communication link between internal teams, field technicians, job sites, vendors, and customers.
  • This role requires a combination of basic HVAC technical knowledge, strong organizational and computer skills, and customer focused coordination abilities.
  • The ideal candidate understands HVAC system components and basic operation, can track and manage quality related issues, and is comfortable working across multiple systems and programs to ensure timely resolution of HVAC quality concerns.
REQUIREMENTS: (Requires 1 of the 3 items to qualify:)  
1. A Previous HVAC Tech with good computer skills or
2. Someone right out of a HVAC technical training school or 
3.Expereince working in an HVAC company supporting and coordinating HVAC technicians. 

LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080
POSITION: Right to Hire
SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM
PAY: $30 to $35 hour DOE

TECHNICAL & SYSTEM KNOWLEDGE 
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of HVAC system components, including but not limited to:
    • Compressors
    • Condenser Fans
    • Blower Motors
    • Thermostats and controls
    • Refrigeration basics
  • Understand basic HVAC system operation and common failure modes.
  • Apply technical understanding to accurately document issues, explain repairs at a high level, and coordinate solutions.
 
COMPUTER & ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS 
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • CRM, service management, or quality tracking systems (preferred)
    • SAP experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, programs, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail for tracking and documentation.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
HVAC Quality Program Management
  • Manage and support HVAC quality programs related to field identified issues, warranty concerns, and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with internal quality and service teams to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Accurately enter, track, and maintain data in internal computer systems, spreadsheets, and quality tracking tools.
  • Maintain organized records for quality programs, parts requests, and customer cases.
 
Field & Job Site Coordination
  • Serve as a central point of contact between job sites, field technicians, and service teams.
  • Ensure field technicians receive accurate information regarding required repairs and applicable quality programs.
  • Follow up on job status, completion, and any outstanding actions.
 
Parts & Gratis Support
  • Assist with submitting gratis part requests.
  • Track parts orders, shipments, and delivery status.
  • Communicate updates to customers and internal teams regarding parts availability and timelines.
  • Ensure all required details and approvals for gratis submissions are properly documented.
