Your Impact

• Teach an accredited HVAC curriculum in both classroom and lab environments
• Guide learners through hands-on troubleshooting on current equipment
• Design and refine lesson plans that mirror industry standards

• Collaborate with colleagues to continually elevate program quality
• Stay up to date on HVAC tools, technologies, and best practices

What You Bring

• 5+ years of HVAC Technician experience
• High school diploma/GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage diverse learners
• Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring

No prior teaching experience? We’ll train and support you to succeed in the classroom.
