Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, and we are experts in our industry!WHAT ARE THE HOURS?This is a full-time position with the expectation of overtime and occasional weekend work as needed.WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?As our HVAC Systems Finishing Technician, you'll complete the final stage of installation and ensure systems are fully operational. You'll also install finishing components such as registers, grills, fans, and thermostats, connect and wire systems, and perform leak checks and system charging. You'll start up equipment, verify proper system function, and make necessary adjustments to meet performance standards. You'll also address minor installation issues, maintain a clean work area, and ensure each project is completed in accordance with company and manufacturer requirements, often working in outdoor conditions.IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)Valid driver's licenseHVAC installation experienceAbility to read installation plans/documentsMaintains and cleans the work area upon completionGood communication skillsFluent in EnglishBasic computer skills (tablet/laptop use)Ability to work overtime and occasional weekendsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, crawl, kneel, and work at heights using PPEPreferred qualifications include HVAC trade school certification, 1+ years of related experience, and EPA certification.
