What you’ll do

• Oversee complete residential HVAC system installs, upgrades, and replacements.
• Cut, thread, and connect copper/PVC piping; execute high- and low-voltage wiring.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers on best practices in the field and shop.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.
• Maintain an orderly truck, toolset, and parts inventory.
• Work at heights and in tight spaces (including attics) in all weather conditions.
• Follow appliance standards, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and company service standards.
• Tackle additional duties as assigned.

What you bring

• 1+ year of residential HVAC experience (minimum).
• Valid Driver’s License; clean driving record.
• EPA certification.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Proactive attitude and strong quality focus.
• Customer-service mindset with professional communication.
• Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Flexibility and innovation in dynamic jobsite conditions.

Physical requirements

• Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Climb ladders; access attics and crawlspaces; navigate tight spaces; push, pull, carry; use hand tools; perform fine detail work.
• Ability to drive.
• Work indoors/outdoors, including attics and crawlspaces.
• Stand, walk, sit; talk/hear in person and via phone.
• Use hands for handling/feeling controls; reach with hands/arms.
• Regular stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching.
• Routine exposure to extreme heat/cold and adverse weather (wind, rain, ice, snow).
