What you’ll tackle

  • Install, upgrade, and replace residential HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Cut, thread, and connect copper/PVC; complete high- and low-voltage wiring.
  • Coach Install Helpers on technique, safety, and quality—on-site and in the shop.
  • Provide excellent communication and top-tier customer service to homeowners.
  • Lift, bend, and move objects 50+ pounds; keep a clean, organized truck and parts inventory.
  • Work at heights and in tight spaces (attics) in all weather conditions.
  • Adhere to appliance standards, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and company service standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 1 year as an HVAC Lead Installer in residential settings.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA certification.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking.
  • Energy, initiative, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Exceptional customer service and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility and creativity in dynamic environments.

Physical demands

  • Lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
  • Climb ladders, access attics, enter crawlspaces; push, carry, pull; use hand tools; perform fine detail work.
  • Drive regularly.
  • Work indoors and outdoors, including attics and crawlspaces.
  • Stand, walk, sit; talk or hear in person and by phone.
  • Use hands to handle or feel objects/controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
  • Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures and adverse weather (wind, rain, ice, snow).
