Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
Follow proper procedures for hot, cold, and cryogenic insulation systems
Work safely at heights, in confined spaces, and in outdoor or indoor industrial settings
Use hand tools, power tools, and insulationâspecific equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, siteâspecific rules)
Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and other trades
