You will oversee installations, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. from Reno to Elko! Performance pay is an option as well. Depending on experience and skill levels you will receive a company Van, Ipad setup with service titan software, All tools necessary to do the job right, Uniform and a professional place to work. Benefits will be discussed based on experience and the ability to pass the 90 day onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and help Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to sell new equipment and upsell

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Good team skills and motivation to teach others
• MSHA is a plus but not required
