About the Role: A well established HVAC company is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician/Installer to join our growing team in Beaver Falls, PA! This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in the comfort and safety of our customers' homes and businesses. Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in HVAC equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on heating and cooling systems
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure proper system installation
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and recommended solutions clearly
Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, service, or repair
EPA 608 Certification required
Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical schematics
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as needed
