License/Certification Requirement:
Our team provides a full-service solution for mechanical equipment and systems maintenance and installation. Our mission-critical services will meet our customer’s needs whether they are using a full-service, monthly, or quarterly based service contract. Our customers consist of mostly government-based facilities but also include privately-owned and commercially operated businesses.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience; or 1+ year of experience with an associate degree.
Commercial HVAC experience as a truck-based service technician.
Experience working with complex HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, package units, AHUs, and VAV systems (direct digital, pneumatic, and automated controls).
Completion of an HVAC technical training program or recognized apprenticeship (preferred).
Journeyman License or ability to obtain one per program standards (within 1 year if not currently held).
Current CFC/EPA Universal Certification.
Holistic understanding of mechanical equipment and HVAC design in commercial and industrial environments.
HVAC OEM factory training or experience with Trane, Liebert, Stulz, and other major brands.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance (applicants will undergo a government background investigation).
Strong understanding of HVAC tools, machines, and their proper maintenance.
Proficiency in using hand tools and test equipment to perform diagnostic and repair work.
Ability to complete timely documentation including maintenance reports, service tickets, and daily safety briefings.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Ability to travel occasionally outside normal working areas; may require limited overnight travel.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and safely.
Preferred experience:
Advanced troubleshooting skills down to the component level on boilers, chillers, AHUs, VAVs, heat pumps, and CRAC units.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and system plans.
Current Master HVAC License or equivalent technical degree.
Experience with Liebert HVAC systems.
Strong customer-relation skills with ability to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
