WK Mechanical is a family-owned, non-corporate HVAC company in Middletown, NY, and we’re hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants steady year-round work, top pay, real benefits, and respect. We fix systems the right way. No sales scripts. No pressure tactics. Just quality work, good customers, and a team that has your back. We are a Premier Lennox Dealer and Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor, servicing residential, commercial, and light industrial systems throughout the Lower Hudson Valley.
COMPENSATION
- $25–$45 per hour (based on experience)
- Overtime available
- Year-round, full-time work
- Paid Time off on day 1.
- Second Shift Available - No On Call.
- Up to $6,000 Sign On Bonus
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems (residential & commercial)
- Work on A/C, heat pumps, ductless, oil & gas systems
- Read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot efficiently
- Run service calls independently from a fully stocked take-home truck
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Use iPad & iPhone digital dispatching (no paperwork headaches)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years HVAC service experience (required)
- Universal EPA Certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Clean, valid driver’s license (no DWIs)
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics/crawlspaces
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
