Your schedule will be steady and reliable.ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS:2+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experienceEPA certificationStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsCustomer-focused communication styleValid Indiana driver's license with an acceptable driving recordPhysically capable of job-related tasksDependable, positive, and team-oriented attitudeWHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:As an HVAC Technician, you will spend your days fixing, servicing, and installing heating and cooling systems in homes. You will find and explain problems to homeowners, handle repairs or replacements by the rules, and make sure every job is done well. You will write down what you do using the tools we provide and treat customers with respect.
