The Professional Division of Spherion MidOhio is partnering with an established, family-owned mechanical contractor serving Richland, Ashland, Wayne, Medina, and Crawford Counties to identify experienced HVAC Service Technicians for a direct hire opportunity.

**This is a direct hire opportunity. Day one, you are a full-time employee of the organization.**

What You Will Be Doing
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics
• Replace and repair compressors, motors, belts, filters, controls, and related components
• Respond to service calls at commercial facilities including healthcare, education, and institutional environments
• Complete preventative maintenance and repair work
• Work independently or alongside another technician depending on project scope
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

What We Are Looking For
• HVAC service experience in commercial or residential environments
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer service skills
• Desire to work in a team-oriented, long-term environment
