We are looking for a highly skilled and energetic Senior HVAC Technician who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about customers, and wants to help build a service department the right way. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing company where your technical expertise and input will actually matter.
You will leverage extensive field service experience to ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems across diverse property types, while also operating independently, communicating professionally, and growing into a leadership role as the company expands.
Responsibilities
This role is designed to grow over time into Lead Technician, Field Supervisor, and eventually Service Manager. You will help set the quality standard for the entire service department.
